Brianna assisted me literally the second the store opened at 9:30 am. She was nothing but kind, informative, humorous and efficient. You can tell she has an in depth understanding of interpersonal skills as well as company policy. She made my experience quick, easy, and seamless. In addition she has continually followed up wth me when ever I express any concern of any kind pertaining to my policy, unit or any other ancillary question you could think of.
