I just had an emergency appendectomy TODAY and I have nothing but high praise for this hospital. Everyone from ER admitting to the ER nurses doctor and technicians to radiology were all professional caring and pleasant. All took the time to answer all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. The OR staff and surgeon impressed me by their professionalism and seriousness - just where one would like to see that! Recovery was also great. Even the person who wheeled me out was nice! I arrived late morning and was home by early evening! Amazing for an unscheduled surgery. Not that they or I wanted to rush the procedure but it just worked out that way. Now I'm home in bed resting comfortably. And no I don't work there nor am I related to anyone who does. Just relaying my experience. Hope it helps someone else if they have to decide on a hospital.
great place to go when your in need of medical treatment. the nurses were compassionate,the doctors really do care and no there stuff.its the only Er dept I've been to where they see you quickly and are very compassionate.
This hospital saved my life. I went in feeling lethargic and weak. They discovered that I had a tumor on my intestines. The tumor was removed and they gave me 3 blood transfusions. I'm lucky to be alive.
Was the good the bad and the ugly!Was one great nurse and informed me on everything!But the nurse at admitting was very hard and need training or go back to floor.almost walked out ! Was their for chest pains &deadly BP range stated by them that pushed me through to bed but only after paying a must payment according to her went to card for credit card!The whole time told everybody nobody should see me that doesn't take my insurance!All responded okay will check.Then when was told they do this new policy that if need to stay in ER for awhile we send you to Oservation care cause u need better attention!Well the 1st of many hours around (12) .Was not so watching then talking at their desk! After test comeback negative then wait for second to go home negative again,telling me going home ,add a CT with contrast.But my heart ❤️ Docter says no contrast without his approval !Then approached serval times saying take test over and over cause they can't get in touch with my doctor!Dr .casanova their DR. On may plan that the nurses were happy i asked for cause he was under my plan and they said a lot of people don't do that and get extra charges!Iended upleaving without test and they said i might get charged and made me sign refusal form of services after watching TVfor 2. More hours on no monitors in this great new observation area !Thany you to one great nurse can't use name they would probly fire here !By the way observation not covered under a lot of insurance!!!!!
This is the worst hospital ever do. Their incompetence with a simple blood pressure cuff caused my mother at the age of 50 to pass away. Many horrible mistakes with different family members here. Do not go here.
